Is this outdoor cage suitable for a Mini Lop?

Nope far too small rabbits need hutch space that's around 6ft . Someone will come along with better dimensions but both of them are far too small. Also outdoor bunnies get lonely alone it's best to get them spayed or neutered and get them a friend

No, sadly both are too small, even for guinea pigs. You'd be better off with something traditional, like this, and at least 6ft x 2ft x 2ft with a run attached.

Or a combo

Mini Lops might be small, but the smallest bunnies often require more space than larger breeds because they are so active!

Have you looked at Welfare Hutches or Ryedale?

I feel the guilt of having a single bun is enormous. I would not do it by choice :( I worry about Katie being lonely so much.

For small to medium rabbits RWAF reccomends a minimum of a 6x2x2ft (183x61x61cm) hutch with a run of 8x4ft (244x122cm).

Those "chicken coop" style hutches may look pretty but they are never suitable. The hutch section is usually only 2-3ft (half or less than the the reccomended minimum) and the run sections never meet the minimum run size either (8x4ft is 32sq ft)

ETA - have a look at The Welfare Hutch Co, all their products meet RWAF minimum standards, and for the very high quality are very good prices and should easily last the 8-12yr lifetime of your bun (unlike most of the cheap ebay hutches which, as well as being far too small, often only last a year (maybe 2 if your lucky)).

I would say no on both accounts, he hasn't got space to run around, binky and hop and do the usual bunny things - Also with those layer ones take in to consideration the ramp often eats in to a lot of living/bedroom space so though it lookes big the ramp takes up a lot of that room too.

Even a mini lop needs room to do bunny things RAWF have the measurements on what they think is suitable for a minimum, but as always with bunnies, BIGGER is always better :)
