My friend always uses to use Penrose and Partners in Highwoods, Colchester with her bunnies and has found them to be excellent. When I had my bunnies I used Haven Vets in Clacton. Not specialists, but Natalie is good vet and has bunnies of her own. I found her to be quite rabbit savvy. The others were a bit hit and miss. I had Luna spayed there (by Natalie) and the wound was very small and neat. I did end up losing her a couple of weeks after the op, but this was due to snuffles (and eventually pnuemonia) brought on by the stress of the op and no fault of the vets.
