I'd say medium, they are often long lithe buns but don't weigh more than your average dwarf lop (in my experience)
On the subject I have yet to meet one that didn't have a truly amazing temperament, and most of the ones I have met were in rescue and often from not brilliant backgrounds. They always won the hearts of the staff
I had 2 sisters. One was around 2.5kg but the other was a very solid 3kg. She wasn't fat either, just a big, solid bunny. And I'd agree that they're quite long bodied. One of mine made it onto a coaster sold by the then British House Rabbit Association . I still have them.
