what is the largest run available?

Does anyone know of any run larger than 8' x. 6' and 3' high? Or maybe runs where you could buy 2 and fit them together to make a bigger one?

I believe The Welfare Hutch Company will make to any size requirements and are very reasonably priced on their runs

You could look at aviarys, or aviary panels and make up your own.

Welfare hutches definitely do a 10ft (3ft) high run. I think it's about £180.
