But its in! Mustnt grumble though, turns out my shed has a layer of wood, then insulation, then more wood! Very well made, thank you previous owners

Ah, I suspect we had the same problem with the cat flap! We now need something to protect the inside insulation bit from the weather and nibbles.

My two had it in a couple of hours, I bet it won't take long.
Let me know if you figure out what to put in the gap. We can't think what to do at the moment.
