Metoclopramide and cisapride, anyone know the difference?

Just curious really since Doughnut was on cisapride and it didn't make any difference but the metocopramide seems to help. I know they are both to get the gut going but do they work on different parts of the gut?
 
As far as I understand it, metochlopromide works on the first part of the gut, Zantac works on the hind end of the gut and cisapride works on most of the gut.
 
Thanks for that. That would make sense then since she seems to have trouble with her oesophagus. I guess the first part isn't working properly but at least the rest is.
