Pip was started on fibreplex tues and seemed to perk up a bit livelier and eating a little more however, by thisorning I knew she wasn't right and looked on pain so took her off to vets. She is on metcam and he gave her a gut stimulant injection and we ate continuing with fibre paste. She hated the vets, pretty stressed again but settled down once home. I gave her a heat pad a left her to sleep. She was seen eating hay notice but a little and had eaten greens mainly parsley basil dandelion and strawberry leaves but no pellets. She is not doing much this afternoon and if I didn't know better I would think she was still in pain? She has had her daily dose of metcam. What do I do!!!!????

Yes without complications she is pooing and weeing they did get small and scarce that's why we started on the fibre paste but she's not eating a huge amount. Yes wound has healed

She has pooed ok today but tonight they are a bit small and she hasn't eaten much hay! She had carrot and basil a little while ago. She had 2ml of metcam at 9am this morning. It says 2ml per day could I give her more? I'll call the vet!

Are you sure you mean 2ml ??

How much does she weigh ?
