White nosed rabbits

Do all white nosed rabbits have a bit of Dutch in them? I had two black rabbits over 10 years ago, one was black all over with a white nose and the other was black but with a white tuft on her front paw. I was never really sure what they were although I assumed a cross of some sort. They had both bred in rescue with a wildie/English cross and the kits were black, agouti and English marked. Never any Dutch markings though. But another thread had me wondering.

Sorry I can't answer your question, but I will be interested to find out myself. Will's new wifeybun Nancy is black with a white nose and a white paw. The rescue said she was a medium cross breed. I have a soft spot for Dutch bunnies as my first rabbit was a Dutch.
