Cleveland Agricultural show

Mirth

Mama Doe
So I went to this yesterday and took loads of photos of the animals being shown. I'll only post some of the best ones, ones I like (or worst ones).

The whole album is here, but donno if you can see it, if not click on the photos and you should be able to click left and right on photobucket.

First animals I saw were the horses and ponies.

Then the cows. I felt sorry for the cows and sheep as they had no shelter from the sun and only water sometimes and some of the sheep looked hot. :(

This bull was humongous! His head was easily twice the size of the other cows/bulls!

Little black hen

Lovely white rooster

I do like these colours

Long legged chickens

Pidgons!

This one I can't believe they think this is a good variety to breed! It looks like it had tumours all over it's face! Why would anyone breed this? Let alone let it become a variety?? They're called an English barb. Some photos I've found have them with these tumours around their eyes too. :/ It looks disgusting!

This poor thing can't see out the sides. Not sure if that calms them, but doubt they could fly properly. (this one is looking striaght ahead where it's body is facing)

I like the little ruff on these ones

Curly feathers - found out the variety is called frillbacks.

These ones are called Swallows ( I think)

More to come!

A Pouter

A fantail

Think this is a modenas

Giant chicken!

Some of the varieties I forgot or don't know

Variegated dumbo in the back

Russian blue point siamese

Can't remember if this was a Russian Blue or Black eyed Marten with I think a pew.

Black Essex - a variety I've not seen before, I usually see them in agouti or cinnamon.

Siamese and a Roan

Old man dumbo rex hooded

Head rat - Black eyed Marten.
