Having spoken about bugs, I think that with this weather we should all get out there and snap some! Because some of them are actually really pretty.

Here's a couple that I spotted at my local park...

This is a male banded demoiselle which despite having a two year life span, only lives for 2 weeks out of the water in it's full adult state.



And a yellow honey bee

Not a brilliant pic, but snapped this last night in my kitchen. It was a complete monster! :lol: Apparently it's an elephant hawk moth. :thumb:

 
Iiisecondcreep: These are fantastic! I have some piccies but they ain't as good as these! What camera and lens do you use?
