New Kit
Hi,
I am looking for any advice on what I should do regarding E. Cuniculi. I own a small animal boarding centre, so obviously have lots of bunnies and guinea pigs coming and going. I also have my own house bunny who loves to spend the day in the garden.
I went for his 6 month health check up and he got a clean bill of health, however the vet said I should look into advice on E. Cuniculi as my rabbit is constantly near/in contact with different rabbits and can't be treated every time a new bunny comes to stay.
I wondered if anyone had any ideas on what I could do to prevent/extremely lower the risk of my bunny getting E.coniculi and if anyone happened to be in a similar situation? Obviously I really don't want my baby to catch any horrible diseases and he already has his annual jabs.
I know that I could change the runs to be on concrete so that I could disinfect them, but I would prefer not to, as grass being available is one of the things my customers really like about our boarding facilities.
Thank you in advance, I really hope someone can shed some light on the matter.
