Evan has done so well but now he needs a dental and I don't know what to do even with 2 days intensive nursing before and after his poorly guts may not start after the sedation I feel I should try but I don't know he's my rock at the minute and I can't bear the thought of losing him
 
What an awful situation to be in. Poor you, and poor Evan :( I dont know what to advise but I hope whatever decision you make makes both of you happy. *hug* xx
 
Would he have to have a full GA? If it is minor work he may be able to have a light sedation?

What has your vet said?
 
It'd be done under sedation but still carries big risk for his gi tract she does feel that his abdo pain is stable and his main problem right now is oral pain
