Sandstone is a sandy coloured dwarf lop doe.
She came to HH in April 2008 as part of a group of animals that had been abandoned, and has the same story as her sister Marble who was featured yesterday.
She was five years old when she arrived and suffered from chronic ear infections as do many lops and also a recurrent infection of her vents and nose probably because she was used for breeding and had contracted rabbit syphillis which we treated when she first arrived.
Sandstone does not like people, and keeps herself well clear of, which is not too surprising after what she went through.
She lives with Clyde and her sister Marble in one of the enclosures where she is extremely happy as long as humans don't bother her.
