male may actually be a female!

Ok, so the OH has just got back from the vets (they have had their VHD vaccinations). He said the vet thinks my little brown male is actually a female because she can't feel any testicles but will have to wait and see. I don't want to wait too long as the other is definatley a male! They are roughly 8-9 weeks old but as we rescued them we aren't 100% sure.

Any advice?

The testes defend at about 12 weeks.
Perhaps ask on here for a recomended rabbit vet in your area?
if they've had more experience with rabbits they may be able to sex them sooner for you xx

Yeah I will ask This was nantwich veterinary group.

Somewhere in health there will be advice about looking sexing buns so you can do it yourself

testicles will not of dropped yet in such young bunnies, wait a few more weeks and they should do if male
