I've got a bunny that is a rex mum x lion lop dad. Fortunately he has none of the bad bits and looks like an ordinary uppy eared lionhead - with no dental issues so far. Hopefully there will be no heart issues, either. He has a lovely nature. He is also neutered - so there will be no more of his line.

Well most breeds started out by cross and selective breeding for particular characteristics, they didn't just appear in the world through natural selection. I read about these rabbits a couple of years ago. You would think as a race we have enough knowledge and compassion to not want to play God anymore, but I guess not.
