New Kit
Thought I should inform you all that Billy's eye is looking so much better, I was watching him wash his face last night and noticed something hanging off of his left paw. After close inspection I realised it was a sort of gunky/gritty/dusty bit of I guess either grass or hay, I was no bigger than a pin head, but after rushing inside to get together some diluted saline solution, his eye was looking better almost instantly, it was brighter and not as red. I washed it and left him for the night.
After sorting him out this morning, he looked so sparky and nearly bowled me over when I opened the hutch door.
I'm still keeping him under close supervision for the next few days just to be sure, I guess we just have to let them deal with it themselves sometimes.
