Thanks to everyone who recommended Trinity..Great news on Pebbles...he's eating!

And he has just eaten a whole dandelion flower, a huge pile of dandelion leaves and carrot tops!!! He didn't stop, and showed no signs of struggling and no coughing! :thumb::thumb::thumb:He is a changed bunny from Wednesday night when he could hardly eat a single leaf and started coughing!

Fingers crossed he continues to eat well and takes all his meds like a good boy!

Just goes to show that a bunny specialist makes all the difference...now I'm wondering if his heart was a problem all the time over the last 3 years and contributed to his dental problems.

It's a shame not everyone listens and goes to a specialist. Like you say until you go you don't realise what a difference it can have on your bunny.

Saying that you need a great specialist as not all specialists are as good, after my experience!

I'm so pleased Pebbles is eating. Is hay on the agenda next?!!!

Hopefully you can relax a bit now.

He's not wanting pellets yet...unless I hand feed him soaked ones..but I'm sure that will improve over the next couple of days, as Mark did remove a couple of spurs. Feeding five meds by syringe twice daily is fun  bunny burrito style with him biting the towel instead of me

I'm so relieved to see Pebbles is doing better! :) Continued vibes for his full and swift recovery coming your way!

Glad to hear Pebbles is doing a little better :thumb:

Trinity are fabulous - I took one of my piggies there once and Mark explained everything in such detail and took so much time with us - can't recomment them highly enough and lucky for me, they're really close.

My 'usual' vet now though is brilliant at all things small and furry too (and if he's not sure, he'll ask his wife who is an 'exotics' vet )

It's such peace of mind isn't it when you've got decent vets close :D
