Spayed female nesting

Snowy was spayed May last year but since Monday she has started building a nest! I know it's spring but I had hoped getting her spayed would mean she wouldn't do this!

probs a phantom pregnancy its where they convince them selves they are pregnant then they start to build a nest but i have never known a spayed female do this

LOL, but it's confusing! I don't understand why she is doing this. We only have one male who is in tact but he lives in the upstairs bedroom and she lives outside in a bunny mansion!
