My friend who just had a birthday started uni last year and she lives in halls. One of her flatmates thought it would be funny to buy her a hamster for her birthday in a tiny rotastak cage. She didn't really want it, and I don't think a noisy flat full of students who are always loud and going out drinking is really a place for a hammy, she's a medical student and she didn't have time for it. He is lovely, I have always had a massive soft spot for hamsters

Awwww, lovely bun and lovely hammy.

Love the name Bear, I call my hammy 'my little bear' (although her name is Bow) because I think she looks like a little mini bear!!
