So following on from my thread yesterday http://forums.rabbitrehome.org.uk/showthread.php?383023-So-hard-to-find-decent-hay-bales-*Rant-warning-*
I got a bale delivered from my local farm today and this bale seems to be a lot better than previous ones and much better than the expensive horrible smelling garden centre stuff which I bought on sunday for £9.50 . That bale is on the left and the bale on the right is the bale I got today for just £2 from a farm in the village the bunnies love it and I think it is much better.

We get hay from a farm and it really is so much better than pet shop hay.

£2.00 for a bale of hay, what a bargain. Our local farm is £6 or £7 and its awful, his barn is full of pigeons and pigeon poo, needless to say I haven't been back in 18 months. I get mine somewhere else but its £10.00.
