How do you keep a run secured on concrete?

I don't want anything to be able to lift it up, but I want to be able to move it or get into it so I can clean.

What runs do you use, wood or metal? Where did you buy them from or did you make them? Do the lids come off? Do they fold up? And how do you secure them down?

attaching down is going to involve drilling into the concrete and using rawl plugs and screws , securing with some metal brackets ect . you could attach a wooden frame to tthe concrete floor in the same way and then screw the run down to the wooden frame, this is then easier to detach for cleaning and maintenance ect
