Rabbit savvy vet Oxfordshire

Hi all,does anyone know of a good rabbit savvy vet in Oxfordshire?I live in Bicester which is nearish Oxford.Im also in need of an animal behaviourist in my area who will see rabbits.

Hi,it was me who started the "strange behaviour-problem getting worse" thread in the bonding and behaviour section=sorry notsure how to do thread links!It would be so interesting to hear from anyone who has used a behaviourist for any reason,just to see what they thought of the process.Irealise it would be expensive but if it helped my bun it would be so worth it.

I'm from Bicester too!!!
I don't know about a behaviourist but I take my buns to Lucy Howard at Bicester vets, she's brought both of them out of stasis and turned tango around when we feared the worst!

Wow ive just changed to Bicester vets in my search for a rabbit savvy vet and have booked with Lucy quite randomly!So pleased shes good!Thanks for your post.Perhaps she knows of a rabbit behaviourist-I know they are about,just not many of them

Ahh that's good she knows my Finx and tango well and I definitely trust her judgement. Their website said she has a special interest in exotics, which is why I asked for her initially. I've been taking mine to her for 2 years now.

A good thing about the practice in general is that if you see another vet if lucy isnt about, who might not know as much about rabbits, they never hesitate to admit that they'd like another opinion and consult with a specialist I have nothing but respect for the whole practice
