Rabbit with bald patches

Does anyone know what causes these? :? Ever since her myxi Mulberry seems to have less fur, and underneath in particular there are patches where she seems bald or the fur is very thin compared to the rest of her. She doesn't seem to be overgrooming - it's as if it just isn't growing there - any ideas?

ETA They're not where her nodules were.

Hmm not sure but Doris has a big bald patch on her tummy too ,shes been poorly with EC over the last few months ,do you think the stress of illness could be something to do with it?

I guess it could be that she's still rather run down.

No dandruff..Will check for regrowth. Skin looks very healthy.
