rabbit gone from using tray to not ?

my house bunny harvest has always used her poo tray to wee in, she does a few poos outside of it but the last couple of days she has started weeing outside of it too, nothing has changed in the house or our routine or her routine, she has the run of the dinning room during the day and the whole house at night, there are probably a couple of hours a day when shes shut in her cage and somtimes a bit longer if I am out at a toddler group. Shes not neutred as yet and is roughly 4-5months old, is this because shes hit 'teenage' years or could somthing else be causing it.

It is probably her hormones kicking in. Is she ready to be spayed yet? Neutering should help, once the hormones have settled back down.

If you haven't got one you should try a under bed storage box filled with hay they like to eat their hay and wee an poo lol
