My solution to broody feelings - Honey bunny again

Well no it's not really. Honey got into a scrap during bonding and in the restricted space I think he thought he'd better fight back. So Honey now has staples to hold a wound closed as it was her luck that his teeth made a flap of skin which had started to die by the time we took her to the vet. The flap had to be snipped off, the wound stapled shut and she has to wear a collar.

However we found that the collar depressed her somewhat and the vet said she'd be happy if Honey were to wear some clothing while the wound healed in order to get some time without the collar so here is the result. While it looks a bit sad it gives her a lot more freedom and she seems to not bother about it after realising she can't get it off.





We had to cut the end off it though as her back feet were getting caught in it and the neck had to be tightened slightly as she was able to get her front paws in it. However we now have a working vest which she wore in the garden today and didn't manage to get it off or get anything stuck in it. :lol:
