Harriet and Alfie like their presents!
First year I've ever got them any, as they aren't much into toys. But I got a tunnel with dangling balls (ooer) and led it into a cardboard box full of hay. I also got a cat teaser and hung it off the radiator for them to bat at, and they got three big tubes from the wrapping paper I used. They also had oat grass, dandelions, kale and a naughty bit of carrot for dinner, as well as a ton of hay (obviously) and a honey/seedy stick for supper.
They've nibbled, dug, sniffed, pawwed, rolled, rearranged and slightly destroyed the various things, then they did a happy run and flopped out, knackered. Think it was a success, even if the interest only lasted half an hour  They are still coming back for the odd run-through.
Jessie will be having a go next.
