Smoo will probably be having an operation

On the 2nd of January.

Her jaw abscess had got much bigger and it's now under her chin. It feels like out might be two abscesses now.

I spoke to the vet today and we've upped her painkillers to get through the next two weeks. I really don't like the idea of her having an operation near Christmas due to opening times and bus services if anything goes wrong. :?

She's a little quieter but still eating a bit of hay. I wish an operation would take it away forever but it came back within a few months the last time. My poor baby Smoo.

Poor Smoo have they worked out whats causing it? With my friends rabbit Marsh it was one of his front teeth and I think he ended up having it removed to eliminate the cause of the problem.
