Stu when to play next door today without permission!

Stu decided that the new hutch wasn't to his liking and decided that next doors garden was more fun :shock:, he was safe and sound when I left yesterday for my trip to London and when he was fed this morning by sister.

So he dug a hole under it and escaped, first time he has dug a hole, time to wire under the run me thinks :roll:

Had a call from a bloke at work who lives over my back fence at 2.30 ish to say his wife has seen my bunny in the garden, he had been there about an hour and as she had not seen me thought she would call him to contact me :thumb:

A call to my sister and her OH came to the rescue about 4, re-captured in next doors garden and locked safely in the other hutch, I came home around 5 to find dirty partly soggy bun looking sorry for himself, so fetched him in to finish drying off







Now all dried out in the living room having Merrily spread hay over my floor, now all tuckered out has fallen asleep

I hope he is none the worse for his adventure.

He seems fine have put him back in the little hutch no run attached, have checked on him few times and he is snuggled in his half eaten cardboard tube and blanket, why won't he snuggle in the bedroom bit packed with straw?:?

Spenser was just the same as an outdoor bun. :roll: I was so worried about him in the very cold winter 2010 that I went out in the middle of the night to change his frozen water bowl. He was always sitting at the mesh door of his hutch, all fluffed out like a giant powder puff.

Yep that's the look I get too , it's cute but he has his own fur coat and never feels cold when I pick him up, even his ears ain't cold :lol:
