She has some sort of hormone problem which she is on medication for. But at the rescue where the piggies are whilst it is sheltered it gets very cold and she is on her own and wasn't really coping. She has lost a lot of her coat and is now losing body weight at an alarming rate. So I was allowed to bring her home to spoil her rotten

She's a lovely little thing, takes her medicine like a trooper and loves me feeding her warm mushed up excel in water  I tore some basil leaves into it last night and she almost ate the end off of the syringe  she also loves the Ings hay :love::love:

Look at her poor almost hairless side :(

That looks a lot like Polycystic Ovaries to me, poor lass.

She's gorgeous!

Will she be staying with you? ;)

Hmm, I've just read up on piggies with cysts, it does sound about right :( I hope not! She is very itchy though which apparently isn't a symptom :?

She's seeing the vet again tomorrow so hopefully I'll get to find out exactly what is wrong with the poor love.

Sadly I don't think I can be her forever home. But I'm gonna hang on to her as long as I can!
