Buying Metacam without Prescription?

Hello,

Is it possible to get Metacam from anywhere without prescription? We've just run out and Holly's arthritis is already quite bad today (along with her bad teeth :() so if there's any way I can avoid waiting till Monday night (if our vets will actually give it us they like to make you order 24hrs in advance :eek:) to get her some Metacam that would be good.

Poor little thing will be very stiff legged tomorrow, her tail is already very stiff today.

I don't know about the prescription but the emergency vets should have it. I guess it's up to them if they want to charge you for a full consultation or not.

I'll give them a call tomorrow, but I presumed they would operate from home and therefore not have it. Don't mind going to them to pick it up so maybe they'll just charge the meds, which is perfectly fine - they are usually overpriced anyway cant be any worse :lol:
