I found someone on ebay who sells strong pvc with eyelets around the edge which is ideal for covering over shed windows in winter without giving an air-tight cover.
Although its advertised as a certain size, he can do any size you want.
Mine has been delivered and is now in place over the door of the play house keeping Blossom and Belle nice and toasty at night.
Thought there may be someone else out there needing something which allows rabbits to see out but stops the wind and rain getting in on them.
