Wondering if anyone can offer any advice for my lop bunny Archie. I've not dealt with eye and nose problems before...
He has one runny eye (running clear, slightly milky colour) and what seems like his top lip is wet. It doesn't look like a runny nose as its not on the 'v' shape of his nose, but on the split lip part underneath. If you see what I mean?
He had this about 3 months ago but it cleared with baytril and fucithalmic. Is come back again and we're on the same Meds, but its been a week now and no change. The vet said his teeth look a little long so has advised that he'll need a dental and they'll flush his tear ducts at the same time.
Does this seem the right way to go? Or should we progress with longer course of antibiotics first?
He hasn't ever had any teeth problems and is knocking on 8years old, so not all that keen on a GA if it can be avoided, but obviously if he needs it, then ok!
Thanks RU
