Are carrot tops safe?

I've heard that they should be given as a treat only due to their very high calcium content, I've not heard of them causing bloating although I guess anything is possible in a sensitive individual. My bunnies LOVE them and would eat as many as they are allowed...which is not many!

Tip: If you cut them off and keep them in a glass of water like you would with flowers they will stay fresh for weeks.
