improvements to trio housing

ok so after i get them neutered i am extending there housing as i know its currently too small. they are all in a 6ft hutch im hoping to attach another hutch vi catflap then their8ft run via runaround tunnel.giving a total of...52 sqft-is this enough? i have no idea! im looking at other options too
