Would it be more beneficial giving Poppy half at 2 points in the day or the whole amount she has?

She has.. 2 bits :lol: up to the number 2.. Is it ml, I don't know :lol:
 
That is a good question. Julie is taking it for arthritis. I am also curious as to the answer. Julie takes .7 ml
 
My bunny (10 yrs old) took if while we were getting some excess weight off him and it helped a ton and yes I split his dosage into 2 and gave him it twice a day. I think it helped with keeping the medicine evenly in his system.
My bunny got totally addicted to it!! he would jump crazily around when he knew he was going to get it and when I gave it to him I had to hold onto the syringe for dear life, he would try to pull it out of my hands a bite the syringe! :shock: lol I had to slowly wean him off it when it was time.

ps. ml and cc are the same thing so if the vet says cc's they are the same as mls. so im guessing your bunny is getting 2 cc's or ml's of metacam a day so giving 1 cc in the morning and 1 in the evening would be totally fine. :)

I think the majority of people know advocate splitting the daily dose and dosing in two portions rather than giving one larger dose.
