Why would a PAH bunny have a ring on it's leg?

It came from someone who breeds show rabbits originally, if the rabbit has some kind of genetic health problem I advise you send the ring number to the British rabbit council for them to investigate. I imagine the rabbit was sold, then given up to P@H and put in the adoption section, although it's possible the breeder sold some babies to P@H although I'd of thought the ring would of been taken off first :?

I *think* it was from the main stock - apparently they should be taken off but this one was missed? Bun was very distressed as it was too tight.
