 I noticed a post a few days ago re winter forage and how to dry stuff, so why can't you freeze in the same way.

I have experimented on dandelion leaves and they worked quite well

Runner bean leaves extremely well

The coriander not so great, slimy clump, but Stu still ate it :)

:D
What else can I freeze, in separate bags with all air squeezed out of cause.

Thing is when you freeze and then defrost stuff it tends to go mushy and I'm not sure mine would eat it.

Problem is freezing actually destroys the plant so as soon as its defrosted its going to turn to mush quite quickly.

I would imagine the longer it stays in a deep freeze the quicker it would go bad one defrosted
