There will be no further updates on Jason and Fluffy due to the volunteer who keeps this up to date, no longer being involved. If you are interested in adopting from RSPCA Suffolk East then please visit their website.

These bunnies must be rehomed together- Prior to them being bonded, Jason and Fluffy were living alone. For more photos and previous updates, please click their names.

Fluffy is a very opinionated lady. She is a blue self mini lop and is likely quite young. Fluffy came to us when her owners were no longer able to look after her. She arrived as part of a trio, but one of the bunnies sadly died, and then Fluffy and Crystal started fighting so they had to be separated. This left Fluffy alone, but thankfully Jason came into her life!
Jason came to the Centre when he was found as a stray. We were unable to reunite him with his owners so he finds himself looking for a new home. He is a lovely looking boy with a very stubby lionhead 'mane' in between his ears and is a black otter butterfly marking, which is a beautiful marking. We are unsure of his age because he was a stray, however, he strikes us as being quite young and full of energy. Fluffy and Jason were bonded in August 2012.

Fluffy is generally quite a confident bunny but can be nervous if she thinks she is going to be handled. Jason has such a lovely personality. He is very chilled and people friendly and also easy to handle. Both Jason and Fluffy are very food orientated bunnies.

Fluffy is relatively easy to pick up but is a wrigglebum once she is being held, so she will need an experienced person to handle her safely. Jason is just generally very chilled and a very ‘easy’ bunny. Fluffy is very cheeky by nature and with some time and patience her personality will come out beautifully.

Jason and Fluffy need to be rehomed together. They are looking for a home where someone has the time and patience to show Fluffy that people can be trusted. Can you offer them their forever home?

To adopt from RSPCA Martlesham, you will first need to come and meet the bunny/ies you are interested in. You will be asked to fill in the appropriate forms. We will then arrange a time when our home visitor can meet with you for a chat, and to make sure that your accommodation meets our requirements. You will also be provided with a free Rabbit Information Pack. If you want to adopt a single rabbit to bond with a lonely rabbit of your own, then after the home visit you will be asked to bring your rabbit (provided s/he is fully vaccinated and neutered/spayed) to the Centre to ‘date’ the rabbit you wish to adopt.

The Centre is open:

Monday- 11.30-3.30
Tuesday- 11.30-3.30
Wednesday- Closed all day
Thursday- 11.30-3.30
Friday- 11.30-3.30
Saturday- 11.30-3.30
Sunday- 1.30-3.30 (available by appointment only).

Please note that whilst you may express an interest in a rabbit, we can only reserve rabbits after the home check has been carried out.
Other information:

• All rabbits adopted from us are spayed or neutered and fully vaccinated (against both Myxomatosis and VHD) whilst in our care.
• We ask for 50sq ft of permanent access space for a pair of rabbits.
• You can find out more about the home visit at the bottom of the following link http://flashsplace.webs.com/rspcavolunteering.htm

Disclaimer: All the information displayed on this page is up to date at the time of uploading. We try to keep everything as up to date as possible, however, there is always the possibility that the situation has changed (for example, if a rabbit has died, or divorced, or been bonded, or adopted), so please feel free to visit our Centre to see exactly what we have at the time you are looking to adopt.
