Runaround and garage

Thinking of moving buns' hutch into garage ready for colder weather but this would mean putting their
runaround tunnel through a brick wall. Has anyone done it and is it fairly straightforward?

I would think it's just a case of remove a brick or 2 and push it through?

Thanks - it's just that neither of us are very skilled DIY wise so would have been interesting to hear from someone who'd done it.Think it's more like 3 bricks and just wondered about filling up the gaps or using a cat flap perhaps.
