He is a very elderly Rabbit now, almost 11. In recent weeks he has been exhibiting signs of Senile Dementia. Last week in particular was not at all good However, today he is much more relaxed, as you can see

I know that I am likely to have to let him go in the not too distant future. His Dementia will worsen and if he has more bad times than good it would be unfair to keep him with me. I have had William for almost all of his life.

:shock::shock::shock: Thank goodness I scrolled down to the last picture :lol::lol:. He certainly knows how to 'relax'. What a fantastic age though.

ETA - always very jealous of your lovely looking hay :lol:.

A little sweetheart. Its hard to think they get dementia too.

Yes, it happened to one of my dogs too

Our cat started too but sadly the kidney failure was faster. I don't know if it was nerves, old age or illness. It is heartbreaking.

I love William, even in his advanced years he still looks very young. I am pleased to see he is more relaxed today.
