I have a new rabbit who is now about 14 weeks (from what I'm told) and I've been told three times it's a he, but ive noticed his chin has a flap in it, it's just like excess skin I thought only female rabbits got this? I'm sure he's not overweight as he was underweight when I took him to the vets when got him about two weeks ago... Could this hae been caused in two weeks?
