I have heard that if you put a rabbit on their back that it sends them in to a hypnotic trance.....which in turn makes it easier to clip their claws.
We clip Mo and Bo's claws ourselves, but Bo really does hate it. We are worried now that her healing fractured leg may 'fracture' again when we try and clip her claws as she does tend to kick out with her hind legs.
Obviously we are not going to attempt until she has been given the all clear (in 2 weeks), but we would like some advice on personal experiences with clipping claws on a weakened leg.....and putting them in a trance!!
