Hope this is in the right place i have been told today that i should remove mum from the babies the babies are 5 weeks old today i myself think this is wrong what does everyone else think ?

I would leave them till seven or eight weeks. The closer to eight weeks you can leave them the better as long as they are all getting along together.

that what i did with the last lot i had they were together till between 8 -10 weeks old they get on great there always together
