My rabbit's behaviour has changed

As most of you know, my rabbit hates being picked up. He also hates being stroked while he's out. 3 days ago I started giving him things to play with, just some cardboard boxes to rip up. Since then, he has allowed me to pick him up for up to a minute before he starts struggling, he even allows me to stroke him. He has even jumped up on the sofa to see me. I know this may sound weird, but he even smelt my feet when before he wouldn't go near me. Is this a good behaviour change or is it something to be worried about?

:wave: It's probably a sign of him getting used to you. How long have you had him?

Rabbits don't really like being picked up anyway as they are prey animals and like to keep all paws on the ground all 4 of my rabbits kick out, even Donny who I handled everyday since I had him.

I've had him for almost a year.
