Adding another level to new bond?

I have Bonded the quad in the play house, but when time comes to exstend space can i add the shelve in there as the extension?

Just braved the large garage cant find a bit of wood big enough :/ shall have to buy one tonight xx

I personally find that adding levels is more tempermental than explanding space. I've found that bunnies jumping up and down can startle others, causing unnecessary issues, so I personally would only add another level when the bond was totally solid, not as part of the bonding process.
