Hay Dispenser

Hi All

I am looking for something to stuff hay into, which can be attached to the inside of a wooden hutch.

The logic being that too much hay goes to waste from the rabbits weeing/trampling down on it...!

Any ideas

I think these are great:

These buns are quite small but a 2.5kg rabbit also fits on top easily.

They come with hooks for attaching to wire but you could easily just screw them to wood. I painted mine to protect against wee.

Take a look at some of the customer photos, it is quite big so might not suit a small hutch.

I got a bathroom rack/basket thing from B&M, think it was only about £2.

We have one of these - its great for when buns are being lazy too as they dont have to reach to high to get the hay

I have saw a lot of people reccomend these from ikea before on this forum. They can easily be screwed to the wall of a hutch.
