What do you do when??

What do people on here do when they stumble upon what seems a terrible situation on a free ad??!

I know the procedure etc but I was looking for a run for my two and stumbled on something that is literally around the corner from me.

I can only see the situation getting worse i want to do something!?!?

Well, do something!

It would mean taking in 4 buns.

I'm waiting to hear back.

generally I send the person a nicely worded message explaining what I think the problem is and offering to help.
After that I try to forget it, we can't save every animal and sometimes doing things to "help" (like buying from a breeder) would only make the situation worse.

If I thought there was a real welfare problem I would consider getting in touch with the RSPCA.
