View Full Version : Bunny body language?!

My bunny looks like she is dead half of the time :? The number of times i've had to explain to concerned guests that 'that's just how she sleeps....'!

She sprawls out, sometimes sleeping on her back with her legs up in the air!

When she lies down, she always sort of chucks herself on the floor in a big flop

Is this normal? Is she just a funny bunny? Or does this mean anything?

My bun 'flops out' all the time when he is chilling and sometimes on his side too; although recently hes been a bit grumpy and Im not sure why.....but still flopping out...

It's a positive sign, she's a happy bun who feels comfortable enough in herenvironment to completely relax around you.

Bunny flop is one of my favourite bunny antics. I need pics of this gal!

For very obvious reasons that is called a 'dead bunny flop' and us a sign of a very content and safe feeling bunny. You're obviously doing a good job :-)
