How to stop a rabbit opening door?

Ok this has to be a wierd one...

Brian keeps throwing himself at the door (literally)
he was digging the carpet which opened the door and then he was off on his merry journeys.

since taping the flap of carpet down the devil keeps throwing himself at the door knowing this makes it pop open......
this is only when i leave the room, but i dont want him hurting himself.
i dont know how to stop him..:?:roll:

i thought that but it wont stop the plonker slamming against the door

Iv shifted our furniture round and fitted a babygate just before the door.

so far so good
