DFH - wrong order :?

:? I ordered 1x large stalky bale and 2x large soft bales have just arrived. I've checked my order and I definitely ordered stalky.

Has this happened to anyone before? Ive not contacted them yet but just praying that I don't have to lug the bales back to the post office as I don't have a car :?

If it's their error then I would expect them to sort it out. If they say you need to take it to the post office I would tell them you expect them to pay for a taxi.

I doubt they would make you send it back to them. If the order is wrong they'll probably let you keep it and send you the right stuff as well.

Fingers crossed! I have emailed them this morning so hopefully it will be sorted out soon!

I will keep you updated with what they are going to do.
